The Consulate General of Ukraine in Edmonton, in cooperation with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress – UCC Calgary Branch, is organizing consular services in Calgary.

The registration form will be open on February 27, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m..
Confirmation of registration will be sent by email after applications have been reviewed by the end of the day on March 3, 2026.
The following services will be provided during the consular service visit
Issuance of foreign passports
This service will be provided to persons whose passports are about to expire and only upon prior registration.
Issuance of already issued passports
The Consulate General has received a large batch of passports issued before February 5, 2026.

If your passport has already arrived and you wish to receive it during the consular service in Calgary, you must register for issuance using the form: https://forms.office.com/e/JMiXn1e1V7?origin=lprLink
Applications for passport issuance will be accepted:
- until 3:00 p.m. on March 3, 2026
- until 3:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026
Passports received by the Consulate General will be processed approximately by March 6, 2026.
Issuance of certificates of registration of a child as a citizen of Ukraine

Acceptance of applications in order of arrival
On the days of consular services, March 5–7 and 13–14, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., applications will be accepted for:
- registration of a child as a citizen of Ukraine;
- obtaining a certificate of no criminal record;
- confirmation of a driver's license.

Important
Men aged 18–60 must provide an updated and printed electronic military registration document (e-VOD).
Please also note that consular services are organized for persons with a critical foreign passport validity period.
Please do not register applicants whose passports expire in 2027 or later, as due to the large number of applications, such applications cannot be processed during the additional reception.
