The state-owned enterprise “Document” announces the launch of a test mode for a new separate division in Toronto, Ontario.
The opening of the branch was made possible thanks to the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Migration Service of Ukraine, and the assistance of the Consulate General of Ukraine in Toronto. The goal is to ensure the most convenient and accessible processing of necessary passport documents for Ukrainian citizens residing in Canada, according to the website [State Migration Service] (https://dmsu.gov.ua/news/dms/19910.html).
Mobile software and hardware complexes (specially equipped white minibuses with the Passport Service logo) were set up to provide services at the following address:

ATTENTION: citizens are accepted by appointment only.
Please note that at the initial stage of operation (in test mode), application forms will only be accepted by appointment in the electronic queue, which can be made on the official website of the State Enterprise “Document”.
Important: payment methods
Currently, payment for the company's services is made by presenting a Money Order for the amount of the company's service fee.
List of services available in Toronto
- Issuance and replacement of Ukrainian passports in the form of ID cards;
- Issuance and replacement of Ukrainian passports for travel abroad (including for lost or stolen passports);
- Replacement of 1994-style passport books with modern ID cards (upon request or if the document is unusable).

Monday–Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (local time).
