May 10 – BBQ Networking Party is a warm, informal gathering of Ukrainians in Calgary, designed for meeting new people, socializing, and relaxing among friends. If you’d like to spend the day in good company, make new friends, chat with like-minded people, or simply enjoy the atmosphere of the Ukrainian community—this event is just for you.
You can look forward to time spent outdoors, a lively and warm atmosphere, plenty of genuine conversation, laughter, new connections, and delicious food. No formality, no stress, no unnecessary pretension—just a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where it’s easy to meet people, talk, laugh, and simply have a good time. Perhaps this is where you’ll find new friends, useful contacts, partners for future projects, or simply people with whom you’ll feel truly comfortable.
The program includes relaxing in the park, meeting new people, lively conversation, and delicious food. The menu will feature shashlik, pilaf, or solyanka—we’ll choose one option based on the majority vote, so please indicate your preference in the payment notes. Guests will also enjoy salads and fresh vegetables, cheese and herb wraps, delicious drinks, and a special treat for our own 😉
This gathering is perfect for both those who have lived in Calgary for a long time and those who have just arrived and want to find their social circle quickly. You can come alone or with friends—a good mood is welcome, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Registration is required so we know how many guests to expect and can prepare everything properly.
