The Ukrainian Christmas Fair in Calgary is a warm family celebration that combines the atmosphere of Ukrainian Christmas with a charitable mission. The fair will take place on December 6, 2025, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at 1509 Lake Ontario Dr SE, Calgary.

Admission is only $5 (children under 13 are free), and every dollar raised will go to support Ukrainian families who have lost a father, son, or husband in the war.

Fair guests will be able to:

• visit a Christmas fair with handmade crafts, souvenirs, jewelry, and traditional Ukrainian embroidery;
• taste Ukrainian dishes and holiday treats — pastries, sweets, and hot drinks;
• enjoy a Christmas show and live performances;
• join in with carols (Kolyadky) and festive singing;
• take part in free Christmas workshops where you can make traditional Ukrainian decorations yourself.

The organizers emphasize that this is not just a holiday market, but an opportunity to bring together the Ukrainian community in Calgary and friends of Ukraine to give a little warmth and support to those who have suffered most from the war. Here you can spend time with your family, find Christmas gifts, immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Ukrainian traditions, and at the same time do a good deed.
