On August 16, 2026, The Confluence Parkland in Calgary will host Ukrainian Day in the Park—one of the city’s largest celebrations of Ukrainian culture, heritage, and community.
The event will bring together the Ukrainian community, friends of Ukraine, local businesses, community organizations, and anyone who wants to experience the atmosphere of Ukrainian culture in Calgary. Guests can look forward to live music, cultural performances, Ukrainian food, children’s activities, informational booths, local organizations, and plenty of other entertainment for the whole family.
Ukrainian Day in the Park is not only a festive event but also an important platform for supporting the Ukrainian community, cultural diversity, and ties between the Ukrainian and Canadian communities.
The organizers are also inviting sponsors and community partners to join the event. Ukrainian businesses, Canadian companies looking to connect with a Ukrainian audience, as well as service providers, retailers, educational institutions, financial organizations, and other community-minded businesses are invited to participate.
